Choose your product, select size and quantity, pick a logo or design if needed and submit your order online. Once it has been checked, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payment
Orders are usually processed by invoice — you will receive it by email at the address stored in your account after shipping. PayPal is also available for private and guest orders.
Shipping & discounts
From an order value of EUR 250 we ship free of charge within Germany. From EUR 500 you get 3% off, from EUR 1,000 5% — applied automatically in the cart.
Delivery time
Standard items usually reach you within 5–10 working days. For individually customised products (print or embroidery) the delivery time extends according to production.
Exchange
All products in this shop are made individually once your order comes in and are therefore excluded from exchange and cancellation.
